SEO & AI Optimization Manager

We are looking for a data-driven SEO & AI Optimization Manager to join our Demand Generation Team. This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about Growth Marketing, SEO, and the future of content discoverability through AI engines.

In this role, you will own and evolve our end-to-end SEO strategy, while also leading initiatives to optimize our content for AI-powered discovery platforms. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, working across content, web, and analytics to drive scalable organic growth.

Major Responsibilitie

• sDrive the SEO strategy – including technical SEO, content optimization, off-page SEO, and link-building—while aligning with demand generation goals
• .Develop and execute an AI Engine Optimization strategy to improve our content visibility and performance across AI-powered interfaces (e.g., Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
• .Lead and manage large-scale SEO projects and daily operations across multiple teams and platforms
• .Optimize new and existing content based on SEO and AI-driven data, ensuring it is structured for both traditional search engines and AI summarization models
• .Work closely with editors, copywriters, web developers, and external SEO vendors
• .Identify high-potential content opportunities using keyword research, entity analysis, and competitive insights
• .Analyze and report on website and content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party AI visibility tools
• .Stay on the cutting edge of SEO and AI content trends, regularly testing and implementing innovative tactics
• .Serve as the internal subject matter expert on both SEO and AI discoverability, educating stakeholders and advocating for best practices
