Bono is seeking a talented Front-end Developer to join our growing family and help us in setting the tone for our future.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and refinement of our core front-end technology stack (including React, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CI/CD tools), emphasizing responsive design, interactivity, and aesthetic appeal.
• Architect and implement front-end systems to ensure an engaging user experience, optimized for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, marketing) to incorporate user-centric features and modern UI/UX principles tailored to user needs.
• Contribute to all phases of the front-end development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven track record (minimum of 2 years) in front-end development, demonstrating technical proficiency and innovative problem-solving.
• 2+ years of experience working with JS MVC frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with modern CI/CD tools and processes.
• Expertise in CSS pre-processing platforms and HTML5, with a thorough understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Self-driven and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in front-end development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in programming backend services in NodeJS/Python/Java/Scala - an advantage
• Experience with web analytics tools such as GA4, Segment, or Amplitude - an advantage
