Director of HR

Fiverr is looking for a Director of HR to lead the people strategy of our organization by focusing on achieving our business goals through evolving our company culture, leadership & talent development, enabling our teams to go above and beyond and creating an outstanding employee experience. To succeed in your role, people must be your passion.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business goals of the teams and organization.
• Manage a team in executing HR programs and initiatives successfully and in a timely manner.
• Build strong and trusted relationships, working closely with managers and teams at different levels. Collaborate with department leaders to understand the workforce needs and challenges of each department, and offer HR solutions.
• Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and followed across the organization
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and maintain Fiverr’s culture as we scale.
  
  

• At least 8 years of experience as an HRBP
• At least 5 years of team management experience
• Experience in providing HR support, while collaborating with global HR functions
• Thrives in a dynamic and changing environment, experience in supporting scaling teams
• Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (Hebrew and English).
• Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify metrics and data to back up your strategy
