Position Overview

As a Data Analyst at Honeycomb Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive data analytics support to all departments within the company. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to extract actionable insights from data, driving informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

This position offers a unique opportunity to join us as our first Data Analyst, providing substantial growth potential based on performance and contributions to the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in data analytics processes and methodologies.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in a product-oriented company in the hi-tech industry.
• 3+ years’ experience with SQL with large data sets
• Proficiency with BI tools; experience in data visualization and dashboarding.
• Experience with Tableau - an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
