People Operations Manager

We are Hi Auto - a global startup based in Israel. We are developing an innovative, conversational voice-based AI for the restaurant world: We're small, fast, and agile, and every member of our team counts.

We're looking for an experienced People Operations Manager to manage all HR and Recruiting matters, with background in global hiring, people operational management, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. If you're smart, resourceful and proactive - we want you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead all people management procedures: employee retention, quarterly feedback reviews, professional development plans for employees, onboarding & offboarding processes etc.
• Lead all recruiting efforts: Define recruiting strategies for the different positions, maintain recruiting sources for top talent globally, provide hiring managers with guidance on effective interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Own the employee well being of Hi Auto along with our Office and Welfare manager.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both employees and management to facilitate a productive working environment and decision making at a high level.
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience in global recruitment and HR management, ideally within startup environments.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
