Director Total Rewards

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global programs for salaries, incentives, and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR partners, and external consultants to ensure total rewards programs are aligned with business goals and effectively communicate their value to employees.
• Oversee year-end rewards processes including merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and equity compensation.
• Monitor industry trends and benchmark against best practices to continuously enhance total rewards offerings and maintain competitiveness in the talent market.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee the selection and administration of benefits plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful global total rewards programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective total rewards strategies.
• Experience in a multinational corporation / global organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, Additional languages – an advantage
