We are looking a Global Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing, will be responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for positions across multiple regions and countries. This role requires a deep understanding of global talent markets, sourcing techniques, and the ability to build target and engage candidates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing sales & technical positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates for various roles within the company.
• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and interview processes for a variety of sales & technical roles.
• Conduct reference checks and verify candidate's background information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in global recruitment with a strong focus on sourcing within a multinational company.
• Deep understanding of global talent markets, sourcing techniques, and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.
• High level of adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
