Data Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at OneStep. In this role, you will leverage our proprietary motion data to discover, model, and design core clinical and business-oriented insights. You will work closely with our clinical experts, data science team, and various go-to-market (GTM) stakeholders to identify and model valuable insights derived from the OneStep mobile app. Your contributions will enhance the functionality of the OneStep insights engine, aiding its many clients in utilizing these insights effectively. Additionally, you will monitor feedback from customers on the insights provided, iterating and improving upon them continuously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical experts and data scientists to extract and analyze data from the OneStep mobile app.
• Identify and model key insights that can drive both clinical and business outcomes.
• Integrate these insights into the OneStep product, ensuring they meet the needs of various stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and refine insights based on user feedback to enhance their value and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with recent developments and trends in data analysis, clinical data applications, and related fields.
  
  

• Proven analytical skills and a strong sense of independence and ownership.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis methods, including regression and cluster analysis.
• Strong experience with Python, particularly with libraries such as Numpy and pandas.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams within the company.
• Strong curiosity and a keen interest in learning new domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, economics or a related field; experience in biology or bioinformatics is a significant plus.
