Graduate Recruitment Manager

Role:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Graduate Recruitment and Employer Relations Coordinator to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge and skills to identify, place, and promote talented graduates in various fields and build relationships with leading employers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing recruitment processes for young graduates in various fields, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Building and maintaining relationships with employers and organizations in the industry to ensure successful placements.
• Managing and marketing recruitment activities and leveraging opportunities for graduates and employers.
• Managing and operating communities of alumni to foster partnerships for the academic and business team.
• Tracking and analyzing recruitment data and building databases to improve future recruitment processes.
• Collaborating with other teams in the company to implement support processes for the graduate community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or business relations.
• Experience and deep knowledge in using LinkedIn platform and ability to build communities and networks among graduates and employers.
• Strong knowledge of information systems and database building.
• Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in a team, establish new relationships, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle complex negotiations in a professional and dynamic environment.
