Job Description: Sales Team Leader

Company Description: CySource is a global leader in cybersecurity, specializing in workforce development technologies, and advanced cyber research services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales team.
• Hands on sales professional that will actively hunt for opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Set and track sales targets for the team.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide coaching and support to sales representatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role.
• Proven track record of sales over 1M USD per deal.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of B2B, B2G, B2U and B2C sales processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and data.
• Background in cybersecurity or related fields is a plus.

Location: The position is located at the company’s offices in Tel Aviv.
