Why we’re hiring a CSM:

We spent the last 2 years almost exclusively on building the best product in the market and fixing all core product challenges. After starting 6 months ago to rebuild our go-to-market engine, we are now growing rapidly and need the best people to help navigate this ship and support our most valuable asset - our customers - some of the fastest-growing B2B brands in tech.

What we’re looking for:

An experienced CSM - in B2B SaaS, preferably early-stage, MarTech, Revenue-Tech, or Analytics - who wants to do big things and grow professionally, lead, and own initiatives end-to-end with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone passionate about data, who likes to solve challenges with processes, and knows or can learn new technologies to scale more efficiently—top CSM at their current org.

This could also be relevant if you’re a marketing/revenue/data operations professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
