Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Full Stack Development team of 10 talented developers. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of NODE.js and React.js, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 Full Stack Developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using NODE.js and React.js.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development, including coding standards and automated testing.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team workload to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in NODE.js and React.js.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team lead role, managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think strategically and lead projects from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
