Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Software Engineering who is passionate about growing and sustaining an innovative technology organization while fostering a culture of engineering and operational excellence and help us build a- platform to solve identified business needs by leveraging existing technologies, and adapting them to generate new, valuable products, assets, and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects with different NTT global business units and innovation groups.
• Promote local partners relationships, including startups, vendors, and academia to ensure well-managed integration with NTT broader eco system.
• Work with Product partners to develop the technology strategy, roadmap, and vision for the platforms you own; and deliver application capabilities.
• Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions, POCs and MVPs across a full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Develop and leverage trusted relationships across Architecture, Design, and other Technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment across key initiatives.
• Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities.
• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, software engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in software engineering or software development.
• Hand-on development capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and AI.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability and will to learn new and innovative cutting-edge technologies to implement POC's, MVP's, products, and services.
• Ability to work in an agile fast-paced prototyping environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise applications, cloud services and SAAS.  
• Experience with NVIDIA deep learning frameworks.
• Experience working with Azure cloud solutions.

The position is Hybrid and requires attendance at NTT Innovation lab Israel offices in Kfar-Saba, Israel. Business travel internationally may be required.
