Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative social media specialist to join our team in a hands-on role to drive our Web3 engagement across Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms, helping our brand and marketing actions pop and get awareness. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker who is entrenched in the world of blockchain, skilled in communicating technical concepts in an engaging way, and has a proven track record in marketing to a Web3 audience,

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media content to generate attention across the Web3 community.
• Strategize, develop, and consistently release content tailored to the Web3 audience.
• Engage daily with our social media audience, representing TinyTap's corporate account and independent thought leaders.
• Conduct outreach and secure bookings for collaborations on Twitter spaces, podcasts, and other media platforms, promoting our brand’s approach to blockchain.
• Produce engaging content, including images, videos, stories, blog posts and more

Requirements:

• Native English - Must
• Minimum of 2 years experience in creating, planning, and executing social media content and management.
• Proven experience in engaging with Web3 projects and companies and growing a Web3 audience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with audiences daily.
• Ability to think creatively and produce innovative content.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
