About The Role
As an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) , you will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads and building a robust pipeline for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for proactively reaching out to ideal prospects within different verticals, qualifying their needs and pain points, and setting valuable appointments with our Account Executives. This is a results-oriented position where your proactive and creative/strategical approach, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
•Research and identify ideal prospects within your assigned vertical using various sources like databases, social media, and referrals.
•Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects through social media to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.
•Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and budget.
•Uncover potential buying signals and pain points to determine fit with our solutions.
•Accurately and consistently update CRM with prospect data, call notes, and meeting outcomes.
Drive Lead Generation Through Strategic Events:
•Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute high-impact lead generation initiatives at industry events.
Reporting and Analysis:
•Track and analyze your activity and performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and share insights with management.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and company offerings to effectively engage and qualify prospects.
Your Experience & Skills
•Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably within your designated vertical.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
•Fluent in Hebrew and English
•Excellent time management and organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
•Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, monday.com).
•Passion for learning and a continuous improvement mindset.
•Competitive spirit and drive to exceed quotas and win deals.
•Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
•Proven ability to identify and overcome sales objections.
•Experience with cold calling and email outreach best practices.
