Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in an organization's recruitment process. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to identify and engage top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Astrix company culture and values.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role, helping to create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Review resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Promote the company as an attractive place to work, often through social media, job fairs, and other marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
• Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance the overall employee experience.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
