Account Executive

Cover is building a next-gen personal insurance and finance platform to help people gain transparency and take control over their funds.

We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team. This person should be a huge people's person with a strong connection to our vision.

Responsibilities

• Drive the acquisition of new partnerships, owning the entire partnership lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Proactively identify and engage potential partners within the Israeli Hi-Tech ecosystem, aligning with our strategic priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with diverse partners that fit our strategy and priorities.
• Master our value proposition and effectively address prospects' key questions and pain-points.
• Define and execute B2B partnership development strategies, creating go-to-market plans that showcase a compelling value proposition for both parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Financial Experts, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
• Continuously improve and refine our business development process to optimize conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales/business development roles.
• Previous experience in SaaS business development is highly advantageous.
• Ideally, experience working in a hyper-growth or start-up environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent team player with a proactive and "can do" attitude.
