Account Manager

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our northern branch!

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage employees in a matrix structure software organization
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• The position is a full-time job and we are located in Yokneam
• Upsell and cross-sell existing Customers

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Account Management experience -must
• Employee matrix management experience -must
• Cross-sell & Up-sell experience – must
• Project management experience - must
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs, within the Israeli software technology sector
• Technical project management in software development or IT technologies- Advantage
• Business background
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Strong customer and employee service orientation
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Graduate degree/MBA – an advantage
