Frontend Developer

A startup in the Generative AI field is developing a dedicated security system for the use of large language models (LLMs). The company's product ensures that businesses are protected from data leaks and attacks based on LLM usage, addressing a significant challenge in implementing these technologies.

Founded by four experienced entrepreneurs with successful exits, the company has completed a seed funding round of $8.5 million from top-tier venture capital firms and investors.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance from a train station, and offers a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will be part of the core team, contributing to development and architecture from scratch. You will work alongside one other frontend developer.

The development will be in React, utilizing custom hooks, Redux, and the Context API.

Responsibility

• Collaborate with design and backend teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the AI-driven security solutions.
• Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend components using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of frontend applications by optimizing code and leveraging caching mechanisms.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive and engaging user experiences.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and services to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues across different browsers and devices, ensuring a consistent user experience.
• Stay updated on frontend development trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute frontend testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
• Document frontend architecture, design decisions, and implementation details to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• years of solid experience with React (custom hooks, Redux, Context API, etc.
• Experience building consumer facing products from scratch.
• Deep knowledge in the frontend tooling ecosystem.
• Build a highly complex web application based on React
• Ownership of technical design of new features
• Lead feature development and turn beautiful mockups into rich, fully functional interfaces
• Stay updated and lead technological advances related to user experience
