We aim to enable both content creators and brands to produce engaging, top-performing content, based on both groundbreaking computational graphic research and generative AI features.

We are seeking an experienced filmmaker / video creator, with a passion for AI, to lead creative on our LTX Studio platform. As the Creative Lead, you will be the voice of the user for this groundbreaking product team, aiming to push the boundaries of creativity and usability.

LTX Studio enables users to create GenAI Videos from a simple prompt line or a detailed script. The platform supports the entire production cycle—from scripting and storyboarding to final video output—across various formats, lengths, and genres, including music videos, narrative stories, commercials, and trailers. Our unique platform allows users to control multiple aspects of their projects modularly, with global parameters like cast or style applied to the entire project with a single click and more granular, shot-by-shot control to ensure each frame shines.

This is an industry-leading tool, and we offer an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge GenAI Video creation platform. As this is a new role in a new category, we expect candidates not only to meet the requirements but also to actively help define the role, processes, and responsibilities. Flexibility, teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a good amount of tech geekiness are essential!

What You Will Be Doing

• Be the power user: create content, explore the platform, test its limits, and experiment with various styles and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with the product team to define product requirements, user flows, interactions, and roadmap.
• Work with the tech team to enhance rendering quality, richness, and creative styles.
• Partner with UX/UI teams to improve usability and interaction patterns.
• Engage in prompt engineering and explore how LLMs can contribute to story development within the platform.
• This is a hands-on, individual contributor role: you will own the creative domain and execute tasks.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Video Creator, Director, or Creative Director in content or advertising, with a portfolio of commercial work or independently published work with significant exposure and following.
• Good grasp of filmmaking - concept, photography, editing - from pre-production to live
• Extensive knowledge and experience with GenAI tools and LLMs.
• Impeccable taste, attention to detail, and an eclectic portfolio of work across mediums and styles.
• Experience with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Experience with ComfyUI is a plus
• Experience with startup mentality and processes.
• Passion for and understanding of technology and product development.
