Software Engineering Team Lead

A Bootstrap company in the defensive Cyber sector that has developed a Cyber Threat Intelligence platform to help clients identify vulnerabilities in their systems through intelligence sources and data collection from the dark web. Their technology infiltrates the dark web, monitors it automatically, and thus protects organizations from cyber threats.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train line, they have a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week. The company has about 80 employees globally, with 55 of them in Israel.

The company is profitable and not dependent on investors.

Role Description: Managing 2-3 backend developers, reporting to the CTO. The role is 80% hands-on. This is a new team, developing in C# and .Net Core. The role requires recruiting the developers. The tech stack includes C#, .Net Core, Microservices, AWS, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.

Requirements:

• One year of managerial/Tech Lead experience.
• 4 years experience in Backend/Full Stack development.
• 3 years experience in C# development.
• Experience with Microservices development.
