Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Super-Pharm in Herzliya. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR policies and practices, including employee relations and performance management
• Thorough understanding of labor and employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
