Customer Account Manager

Phoenix ESOP - A leading company in Israel in the field of trustee services, mergers and acquisitions for equity-based benefit plans for employees, is looking for a Customer Account Manager

As a Customer Account Manager, you will work key contacts such as: with C level executives, VCs, law firms, big4 and others from the hi-tech eco system.

• This position does not include sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ongoing handling of ESOP clients - high-tech companies. Maintaining continuous contact with senior executives from those companies, ensuring high satisfaction and service levels.
• Reading and understanding agreements, managing databases and information systems, conducting tax calculations, handling merger and acquisition transactions, and providing continuous professional support, information, and guidance.
• Working with various internal and external interfaces.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - mandatory.

A degree in one of the following fields: Law/Accounting/Economics - an advantage.

• Very good English (write, read, speak).
• High level of Excel.
• Service-oriented, with a desire and ability to learn a new and fascinating field.
• High service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team
