Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. As an Owner at First Trip Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the business. This includes setting goals, developing strategies, and ensuring the overall success of the company. You will lead a team of professionals, make key decisions, and drive the growth and profitability of the organization.

• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a business owner or CEO
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
