Shavit is looking for a talented Help Desk Technician!
Responsibilities:
The position includes providing service and support to internal organizational costumers regarding of system operation, communication and network permissions.
The work is full-time Sunday-Thursday.
In addition, availability for evening and Friday standbys
Qualifications:
-Relevant certification in the field - mandatory
-At least one year of experience in Help Desk positions from a medium or large organization
-Knowledge and experience working with operating systems, browsers and email software
-Service oriented
