Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate and data-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing team.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the various user acquisition channels and tactics available, as well as excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, being organized and having excellent time management skills.

Experience managing online marketing campaigns in the gaming or health industry is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale performance campaigns of global companies in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Handle all aspects of campaign management and marketing strategy implementation.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
• Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
• Monitor budget optimization of campaigns and acquisition tactics in order to maximize revenue and ROAS.
• Collaborate with our creative studio to create compelling and targeted creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive user conversions.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 3 years' experience as a User Acquisition Manager

· Experience managing online marketing campaigns in the gaming or health industry is a significant advantage.

· Experience managing high scale campaigns for global companies.

· In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· High level English is required.
