About the role:
An opportunity to position yourself as a key figure in the fascinating world of the public sector.
• Manage customers and partners in the public sector, with an emphasis on providing technical support, problem-solving, and closing service loops with internal and external interfaces.
• Analyze requests and inquiries from partners and customers, identifying opportunities to expand customer base/increase revenue.
• Act as an expert and knowledge leader, offering recommendations to partners based on industry trends and best practices, including activity report analysis.
• Conduct training sessions for customers nationwide.
• Work with new technological systems.
Requirements:
• 4 years+ of experience in a Customer Success role
• Deep experience of 4 years working with customers in a B2B and/or C2B company
• High-level English proficiency
• Previous experience in technology or SaaS companies
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
• Affinity for the public sector – an advantage
