We’re looking for our next QA Engineer.

This is a full-time position in Haifa.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive backend test plans and test cases based on system requirements and documentation.
• Utilize SQL as the primary tool for validating database-related applications, including data consistency, integrity, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify system requirements and ensure that testing strategies align with these specifications.
• Report, track, and manage defects in the defect tracking system, providing clear and concise steps to reproduce, along with the expected and actual results.
• Participate in design and specification reviews to ensure a thorough understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Continuously update and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work closely with other team members to identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in QA processes.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in backend testing - Must
• Proficient in SQL, with actual experience in writing and executing complex SQL queries for testing purposes - Must
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases - Must
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes - Must
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
