Recruitment and HR Specialist-Maternity leave replacement

We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Specialist with passion for recruiting, process improvements, and organizational growth. This is a temporary position (maternity leave). This full-time job is in TLV, and reports to the VP of HR.

Working hours: 09:00-18:00 full-time

Location: Tel-Aviv (Hybrid)

Role and Responsibilities:

• You will manage full cycle recruiting from the initial stage of profile definition through screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews for a variety of positions - Product, Research, R&D, Marketing and more.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process
• You will understand the needs of the various company's units that you support and work closely with the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Drive recruitment efforts, including expanding recruitment sources
• Be the focal point for employees for HR related issues, and a trusted adviser to employees and managers.
• Manage HR operational and administrative processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven recruiting experience in a rapidly growing company
• BA – a must. MSc/MA/MBA – an advantage
• Experience in conducting interviews with candidates for variety of profiles.
• Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, service oriented, details-oriented capabilities with a ‘can do’ mindset, and a hands-on approach.
• Demonstrated problem solving capabilities with a good understanding of employee relations and sensitivities
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hebrew
