We're looking for a proactive data enthusiast with strong analytical, business and technical skills, someone who can translate business challenges into analytical solutions and lead the execution end to end. The kind of person who will build strong partnerships with leaders and influence decision making based on insights generated.

In this position you will:

• Work closely with all different departments throughout the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) and lead data solutions from the ground up
• Developing and running ad hoc reports and analysis to answer critical business questions and identify opportunities
• Delivering informative, intuitive, and actionable reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs, identifying relevant business trends and enable self serve analytics
• Constantly monitor our business results and provide insights in real time
• Provide methodologies to accurately measure performance
• Writing non-trivial SQL queries and aggregations
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business/Data/BI/Product Analyst
• SQL expert with knowledge of data warehouse concepts; understanding databases and cloud systems
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Exceptional business-oriented thinking and ability to think strategically
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, QlikView, or similar
• Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills. Someone who can self-manage, think creatively and pays attention to details
• Multi-task in a fast-paced dynamically changing startup environment
• Experienced with MPP columnar databases like Bigquery/Snowflake/Redshift or similar -An Advantage
• Travel and/or e-commerce industry experience- An Advantage
