Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring candidate assessments align with job requirements. You will provide professional and personal support to hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Daily Operations: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to drive recruitment processes.
• Diverse Hiring: Recruit for various positions in the nursing field across the country.
• Project Work: Engage in recruitment-related projects and workforce planning.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field - mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Recruitment Coordinator - mandatory.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - mandatory.
• Attributes: Strong verbal communication, assertiveness, and high-level organizational skills.

Additional Information:

Incentives: Up to 1500 ILS bonus for successful hires.

Benefits: Meal card worth 30 ILS per day, no hybrid work option, parking available at a cost of 90 ILS per month.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
