We are seeking a dynamic and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email campaign requests, developing engaging email marketing campaigns, and assisting in the creation of long-term email strategies.

About The Role

• Manage all email marketing campaign requests from different departments within the company.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to fulfill various company objectives, ranging from product promotion, surveys & feedback, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and compelling email content.
• Segment mailing lists based on demographic data, past email interactions, and other user behavioral data.
• Test, analyze, and report on key email performance metrics to guide future campaign strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize email marketing practices for the best customer experience and high conversions.
  
  

• 2+ years experience in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
• Proven experience in email marketing or similar roles.
• Experience with email automation tools like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, working with different stakeholders and managing prioritatizion
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to identify target audience preferences and build successful email campaigns.
• High attention to details and strong organizational skills.
