The Role:

• We're searching for a passionate and innovative technology leader to join our founding team as Co-founder, VP R&D.
• You'll dive deep into the codebase, leading the development and continuous improvement of our e-commerce platform with a hands-on approach.
• Own the technical vision, defining the platform's architecture and roadmap while actively contributing to its development.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance our platform's functionality and scalability.
• Partner closely with other co-founders (including Marketing and Business Development) to ensure our platform aligns with market needs and business objectives.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A proven track record in leading and managing R&D teams for technology companies, with a strong emphasis on hands-on development.
• Extensive experience in building and scaling e-commerce platforms, ideally with full-stack development expertise.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile preferred) and the ability to translate them into action.
• Solid grasp of modern web technologies (front-end and back-end) and best practices.
• A passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push boundaries, with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to build something remarkable.
