Head of Sales for a leading manufacturer in the field of Medical devices

Job Description:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive growth.

Lead and oversee sales teams across multiple channels.

Establish and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Spearhead and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in international markets.

Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and facilitate agreement formulation.

Foster collaboration with various departments and interfaces within the organization to ensure alignment and synergy.

Requirements:

Academic degree in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing / Law - mandatory

At least 5 years of experience in sales management or business development - mandatory,

Experience in sales through distributors in the world- mandatory

Experience in managing a sales department including sales managers managment- mandatory

High proficiency in English - mandatory

experience from medical devices organizations - significant advantage

The role requires out-of-the-box thinking, systemic vision, creativity, and management skills
