HR Recruiter

Join a leading global company based in the Bursa in Ramat Gan as a HR Recruiter and Coordinator, and play a crucial role in attracting top talent as well as ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role: 

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle related documentation.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Handle employment contracts, performance evaluations and the employee termination process in a fair and compliant manner.

You’re a good fit if:

• 2+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• You think, speak, write, and express yourself best in English 🗣
• Ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing). 
• Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews and group interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and skill requirements. 
• Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
