Key Challenges:

• Supporting our rapidly growing user base.
• Developing and deploying our first external APIs for platform integrations.
• Building the team and processes to support integration with dozens of third-party tools and platforms.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience developing large-scale backend systems, preferably with Go or Python.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly GCP or AWS.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, either technical or managerial.
• A solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in leading rapid integrations with multiple third-party services.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and shipping APIs for external developer integrations.
