Job Description: 

• Develop and design a welfare and service program for Sheba Medical Center employees, addressing future challenges and being adaptable to the needs of both staff and the organization.
• Write, lead, and implement an annual work plan and procedures in the areas of service promotion, experience, and employee welfare.
• Participate in decision-making, policy and strategy determination in the field of human capital management.
• Lead organizational restructuring processes that result in changes in perception and procedures in the areas of service promotion, experience, and employee welfare.
• Lead cross-organizational processes in the field of human resources.
• Manage four departments within the division, consisting of 20 employees: Employee Service Center, Employee Experience Department, Welfare Department, and Retirement Department.
• Manage an annual budget of 12 million NIS.
• Manage professional forums for the promotion and development of human resources areas: attendance, knowledge management, and employee onboarding.
• Analyze data and trends, and present data and reports to senior management.
• Write procedures, empowerment programs, and employee retention plans.
• Lead the emergency response axis within the Human Resources division.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree - mandatory. preference for advanced degrees.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Proven managerial experience of at least three years.
• Experience in large organizations.
• Management, organization, leadership, and teamwork skills.
