Analytics Team Lead

A Tel Aviv-based company is looking for an Analyst Team Lead to join their Analytics Division to lead and oversee the tasks and productivity of a group of analysts within the division.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize tasks for the team members.
• Lead and monitor the team members’ workload, efficiency, and quality of their work.
• Monitor the Team’s assigned clients’ workflows.
• Serve as a “go-to person” for the Team questions.
• Make sure the team is meeting its KPIs.
• Conducting one-on-one meetings with each team member and reviewing their feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience leading a small team of more than three employees.
• 2 + years background in the healthcare business industry/insurance/billing company is a big plus
• Experience with Case Management/Workflow System.
• Great analytical skills and seeing the big picture.
• Experience with SQL is an advantage.
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient with Excel.
• High-level written and spoken English is a must.
• BA/BSc.
