Role Description

This is a full-time customer success manager role at Gelt Simple LTD / SimpleText. As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. The role is based in Tel Aviv District, Israel.
days work Sunday - Tuesday 9:30-17:30, we are sitting in open space office. and we love it. 😍

Salary : 11,000 gross + Monthly Bonus based on results, success, leads and new sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service role
• Excell important for a daily use
• email marketing experience is a must to have
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs
• Attention to detail and organizational skill, system thinking
• Ability to work independently most of the day and as part of a team
• Proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew + English
• Full Office control ( Mostly Excell )
• Knowledge of customer success principles and best practices
• Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
