Division Training Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Training Division Manager to join our team.

As the Technology Training Division Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology training programs, from development to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the P&L of the Technology Training Division: This includes developing and executing a strategic plan, setting and achieving financial goals, and managing expenses.
• Lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals: This includes hiring, training, and motivating employees, as well as setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio of technology training programs: This includes identifying training needs, developing curriculum, selecting instructors, and managing the delivery of training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients: This includes understanding client needs, developing proposals, and closing deals.
• Represent the Technology Training Division at industry events and conferences: This includes speaking, networking, and building relationships with potential partners.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends: This includes reading industry publications, attending conferences, and taking online courses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Develop sales plans and set goals for sales managers
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a Sales team
• Negotiate with senior management
• Sales management experience required
• 5+ years of experience in the technology training industry
• Strong understanding of the latest technology trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
