Full Stack Team Lead

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

• Lead and manage a team of developers.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
• Provide professional support and guidance to the team.
• Foster personal development and training of the team.

1. Technical Development:

• Design and develop software systems from architecture to implementation.
• Work with Full Stack technologies: Backend and Frontend.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and code quality control.

1. Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Collaborate with other departments such as UX/UI, DevOps, Product Management, etc.
• Coordinate and meet with stakeholders in various projects.

1. Technical Experience:

• Significant experience in Full Stack development (at least 5 years).
• Proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React/Vue/Angular, Node.js, Python/Ruby/Java/C#.
• Deep knowledge of working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).

1. Managerial Experience:

• Experience in managing development teams (at least 2-3 years).
• Efficient time and task management skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.

1. Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Strong team collaboration skills.
• Conflict management and team motivation abilities.

• Academic degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with project management tools (such as JIRA).

• Leadership and responsibility.
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Motivation and enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field.
