We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineer to join our PS (Professional Services) team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

■       Setting & installing bare metal servers according to the customer needs

■       Implement and install bare metal servers on sites

■       Planning and writing LLD/HLD/MOP documents integrating solutions

■       Supporting customers cases and issues including maintenance and troubleshooting

■       Traveling on site to support the customer’s system

■       You will perform the initial evaluation and, if unable to resolve the issue, will escalate it to the relevant team with needed information.

Requirements:

■       1-3 years experience as field network or IT .

■       Experience with networking elements and back end systems,  full understanding of routes as well as strong networking foundations in TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancers, network security, switches, etc.

■       Quickly identify and resolve infrastructural problems related to networking and security

■       experience working with Linux system internals, Windows, Windows server OS , shell scripting (bash, sh, etc), scripting languages (GO, Python, Ruby, etc)

■       Experience working with bare metal servers, carry & installation in racks

■       Perceptive, fast learner, Identifies, diagnoses, resolves issues and able to perform well under pressure

■       Having very good customer interaction interface and able to drive customer calls independently.

■       Working in various environments, occasionally challenging in terms of conditions

■       Has valid Security clearance or Willingness to go thru Security clearance – Mandatory.

■       Fluent English
