We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage relationships with MSP partners in the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in customer success management, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity products.

This role include serving as the main contact for MSP partners, driving product adoption, collaborating with internal teams, providing training, advocating for customers, monitoring partner health, conducting business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and managing renewals. The role requires availability for early morning calls (Australian time zone) and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
