Solution Architect

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Solution Architect. As a key member of our post sale team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting payroll implementation, offering technical guidance, support, and strategy to our clients, sales team, and product team. Your efforts will contribute to ensuring product fit and sustained business success for Papaya and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Connect client HCM and other source systems to Papaya Payroll fabric.
• Serve as the focal point for the client during the data implementation process.
• Demonstrate the capacity to create and present solution overviews and demonstrations to clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners across various functional domains.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and market expansion, leveraging your expertise in the payroll or payment sector.
• Act as a subject matter expert, staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights to product teams based on customer interactions and market feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement and enhancement of our products and solutions
• Assist in overseeing all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), collaborating with leadership and other stakeholders to establish efficient processes for handling these inquiries.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the payroll or payment sector.
• Previous experience with a payment network and/or payment service provider is highly desirable.
• Experience working in multiple geographical regions.
• Proficient in providing highly integrated, multi-platform solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technology concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Naturally curious, with a penchant for asking questions to ensure understanding among all parties.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Highly resilient and collaborative team player with a proven track record of working with various stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
