Talent Acquisition Lead

WeSki is looking for an amazing Talent Acquisition Lead, a hands-on professional to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be the owner of the recruitment process, leading it from end to end, developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional talents. You'll have the unique opportunity to play a major part in driving our company's growth and shaping our future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire exceptional tech professionals.
• Identify top-tier candidates across various channels, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their objectives and requirements.
• Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to phone screens and in-depth HR interviews across multiple departments.
• Utilize third-party resources and social media to maintain a continuous candidate pipeline.
• Provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders, driving process improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.
• Manage recruitment initiatives, such as LinkedIn events and referral programs.
• Actively contribute to the enhancement of our talent acquisition and hiring processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience in startup hi-tech companies, with demonstrated technical recruitment expertise.
• Experience leading pipelines and hiring processes with a creative and strategic vision.
• Proficiency in executing strategic hiring plans.
• Expertise in head-hunting, sourcing, and building talent pipelines.
• Skilled in conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English and Hebrew.
• Self-motivated and independent, with a proactive and can-do attitude.
• Creative and friendly personality, exhibiting strong teamwork and a positive approach.
• Background in global positions is an advantage.
