Job Details

• Location: Full-time at our Tel Aviv office.
• Travel: Includes travel across the country for conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Continuous User Engagement: Maintain regular contact with end-users, including real-time support, both domestically and internationally.
• Educational Content Creation: Develop training materials for end-users, including video and text content.
• Community Building: Create and develop user communities for various projects through different platforms.
• Webinar Leadership: Conduct instructional webinars for users across different projects.
• Event Management: Organize and lead both online and physical conferences.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Extensive experience in developing training programs and facilitating instruction.
• High Digital Literacy: Very high proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Community Building Experience: Experience in building virtual communities.
• Media Production Skills: Ability to produce social media videos.
• Public Speaking: Ability to stand before an audience both in person and online.
• Native-Level English: A significant advantage.
• Arabic Knowledge: A significant advantage.
• Teaching Experience: A significant advantage.
• Customer Experience: A plus.
