Responsibilities:

• Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates
• Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule
• Source using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talent.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of talents while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
• Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
• Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
• Take part in different HR activities like- employee onboarding, company events, and more.
  
  

• 2-3 years of Experience working as a recruiter
• Experience in sourcing via social networks and alternative recruiting sources.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Experience in global recruitment- Advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment.
• Availability to work according to US eastern time zone
