VR-TECHS is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Partner & CEO to join our innovative startup. 

Our mission is to revolutionize the interior design market through cutting-edge VR technology. 

We are seeking a driven individual with a proven track record in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company's overall operations and resources.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and partnerships.
• Recruit and engage investors, securing necessary funding for MVP development and market POC.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role with a successful track record of achieving targets.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong understanding of the interior design market and VR technology is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to face challenges.
• Ability to commit full-time to the venture.

Team Background:

Jordan: Serving as CTO, Jordan has over 5 years of experience in the tech industry as a Systems Analyst. He has extensive expertise in setting up CRM systems, working closely with development teams, writing specifications, and leading projects from end to end.

Chen: As the Product Manager, Chen brings her experience as a kitchen designer and owner of an interior design business specializing in apartments and private homes. She has a strong background in working with architects, suppliers, and professionals in the field.

At this stage, no salaries are being drawn by the partners. The role is ideal for someone who is fully committed to dedicating their time and efforts to the success of the venture.
