Account Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Account Manager to join our Customer team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customers, a strong understanding of the nonprofit and/or education sector, and the ability to develop strategies to drive engagement and retention.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with 100+ global customers. With a focus on growth and retention, you will be responsible for ensuring these clients see ongoing value from their networks.

Our office is based in Ra’anana- Hybrid Work Model

Our standard working days are Monday to Friday. (Working Mainly with US Clients)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact and strategic partner to drive usage with 100+ global customers.
• Become a product expert in order to provide value with various clients and use cases.
• Identify client needs and opportunities for expansion/cross-sell.
• Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure customer’s expectations are met.
• Manage the upgrade process to new platform versions.
• Quota carrying upsell and retention responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native English - Must.
• 3+ years of account management experience in customer-facing commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of education and/or fundraising is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to influence, handle objections, and resolve customer questions.
• Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and departments across the company.
