We are looking for a Technical Success Engineer who is passionate about computer networking, working with customers, and driving success.

You will work directly with R&D managers in charge of leading security products, and act as their product technical expert.

You will be part of a leading security product of the leading vendor in the Cyber Security industry.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be required to master all product aspects- customer-related, such as controlling production customer status, prospects, trends, lead campaigns, and more.
• Act as the focal point for all technical stakeholders, such as pre-sale POC and EA, post-sale support, sales, professional services, and more.
• Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer with above mentioned parties, lead training, and lead product demonstrations – internally and customer-facing.
• Generate periodic product reports, indicating overall customer-facing matters.
• Influence product roadmap and take an active role with product characterization.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Support / Professional Service or similar technical roles.
• Computer Networking savvy – Strong theory and hands-on.
• Problem solver.
• Natural “Can Do” approach.
• Passion for constant self-challenge, learning, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English.
